Reading Symphony Orchestra

Reading Symphony Orchestra is the premier amateur orchestra in Reading, Berkshire, led by a professional conductor.

We present four main concerts a year, and are often engaged to work in collaboration with other musical organisations and for private functions.

FRIENDS OF THE RSO
Our Friends of the RSO scheme allows you to support the orchestra and enjoy our principal concerts at a reduced price. Benefits include: Tickets to four RSO concerts (November, February, April and June) for the price of three;
A generous discount for our Reading Sinfonietta chamber concert in the summer;
Your support acknowledged in our programmes.
This year, becoming a Friend costs a minimum of £40, saving you 25% on the full price. To reserve your season tickets, please contact Jen Sankey on 0118 986 0707 or tickets@rso.org.uk

SPONSORSHIP
The RSO welcomes all offers of support from businesses and individuals, from sponsoring an entire concert to meeting a smaller cost, such as printing of programmes or flowers for a soloist. All donations can be acknowledged in our programmes.
We are grateful to Dexter Montague & Partners for sponsoring our concert in June 2012.

ORCHESTRA HIRE
The RSO’s musicians are available for your own events. For example we can provide: A full orchestra to accompany choral concerts.
A chamber orchestra for church festivals.
A small chamber group for a reception.
A short concert at a celebratory or corporate dinner (such as a St George’s Day “Prom”).
